Ironically, the first morning that the sun came out at 6 am (no fog!), I woke up and realized I have a sore throat.

I recorded a tune of mine last night, and when I imported the song on my computer, iTunes automatically labelled it as 2pac's "Dear Mama".

...because Emily got her license!!! Yup. There was this embarassing moment at the beginning of the driving test when I couldn't turn the car on, but that's ok! I'm a legal driver now. Wheee.

I'm leaving for Japan in a week, and then I only have a week after I get back before I have to run off to school. Having typed that, I feel quite shocked.

Last night I dreamt that I'd found a collapseable wicker bird cage; it was a tiny thing, but still bought two birds to put in it, a yellow one and a greenish black one. To transport them home, I ended up wrapping them in brown paper towels, stuffing them into these clear plastic envelopes, and then putting them in a blue plastic bag. Obviously this is a horribly cruel way to treat animals, but that didn't occur to me in my dream.

At home I opened the wicker cage, unwrapped the birds, and put them into the cage. All the while my hands were being pecked by these birds because they were really angry, especially the black one. After some struggles, I got the two birds into the cage, only to find that they'd turned into spiders, one yellow and one shiny-green-black. I woke up brushing off my arm as the black one crawled down my wrist.

Creepy. As usual, I wonder what it means...
